Balinese Interior Design

Create an entirely new look for your interior with balinese interior design, there are some design that I recommend for you to be an inspiration and create your own balinese atmosphere.

Living & Dining Pavilion

Entering the main open air living and dining pavilion, guests will step over ornamental ponds fed by gin-clear natural spring water. With a large dining table at one end and a bar at the other, this raised pavilion presides over the garden and is furnished with comfy daybeds and sofas, a big coffee table and Buddha lamp stands. The coffee and cream decor, together with the reddish-hued bengkirai wood floor, sets the theme throughout the property, while natural breezes enhanced by paddle ceiling fans keep the area cool.

Exotic Bali Living Room

Once upon a time in bali, Rupa Ghodasara and Kishan Kosandra fell in love with the exotic wonders of Bali on their honeymoon. They wanted to bring back the Far East to their living room by painting the walls, fireplace and TV stand lime green and orange, but their good design intentions got lost in translation.

The Beach House

The Beach House is a fresh, absolutely-beachfront Bali rental villa, located on the sweeping Seminyak Beach and blessed with magnificent unobstructed views of the Indian Ocean. The revolutionary contemporary design presents Palimanan stone walls, teakwood panelling, and massive floor-to-rooftop sliding glass doors to maximise the panoramic vista.

Uma Ubud in Bali

Uma Ubud in Bali, new in July 2004, is located within Ubud, an inland town revered as the island’s cultural hub. The 29-room hotel overlooks the Tjampuhan Valley. The interiors are by Japanese designer Koichiro Ikebuchi. Carved panels open up the rooms to incorporate views, while the simplicity of pared-down spaces keeps light flowing through the interiors, from the bedroom through to garden terraces, private courtyards and pretty plunge pools. This respect for Uma Ubud’s natural surroundings is repeated in the choice of materials, including local woods and alang-alang thatched roofs.
