Californian House Interior Renovation by Dan Brunn Architecture

An existing ranch style house in the Encino Hills, California have renovated into a brand new house by a local architecture firm, Dan Brunn. The Hayvenhurst House have celebrate its new interior features which has open plan, revolving around an existing fireplace chimney, removing some partition walls to allowing for free flow, light and air circulation, creating all new window and door systems, stone and wood coverings and incorporated off the shelf cabinetry, all to create a seamless, fresh and inviting design. Now, the clients can open the multi pivot glass wall on the den side of the house and the sliding windows on the living room side and enjoy a refreshing breeze without the need to run the air-conditioning unit in the summer months. The kitchen have designed to be the soul and heart of the house, arranged the key element on the expansive kitchen island, anchored to the chimney, always accessible for preparation and for entertaining. A “storage wall” was incorporated spanning from the living room all the way to the dining room. The Architects team spent within 6 months to completed the design, spending a lot of time with the contractor, fabricators and suppliers to come up with creative solutions, while staying within the client’s budget. Fabulous Interior Renovation of the 1950s House by Adrienne Chinn

Based on predictions for home interior furnishings trend for 2011 the Minimalism of furniture decoration will become the primary choice, reflective of the very cautious optimism reflected in the economies of many developed countries. Everyone will pay more attention to family by show a high interest for preservation and ‘vintage’, as one of the first priorities will be saving money. Here I show you an inspirations from a large 1950s house in the English countryside which have obtained a cost-effective renovation by the wellknown UK interior design company named Adrienne Chinn. Adrienne have made an extensive changes including a new open-tread oak, glass and stainless steel staircase to bring light into the dark hallway, knocking down the wall between the living rooms and dining rooms and creating a feature TV/fireplace wall with a cantilevered travertine ledge, specially designed display shelving, a new kitchen and utility room with folding glass doors to the beautiful garden, new modern bathrooms, and a gorgeous red and white master bedroom. The renovation result is absolutely fabulous, and I think what have done by Adrienne is quite suitable for implementation in 2011, I hope you agree with me.

An old four storey building in the centre of Madrid, have been remodeled to resulted the maximum functionality in order to creating a great opportunity for living in a new apartment in the best area of Madrid. There is the Spanish architecture firm A-cero which is commisioned to designed a new reformed luxurious apartments for lease. There are eight apartments interior which was redesigned, each house has a different distribution but every house has provide four or more bedrooms with its bathrooms, kitchen, lounge – dining room, utilities area and a toilette. All flats have ample spaces and a functional distribution based on diaphanous rooms, double height roofs and a practical and effective distribution. Each apartment are lighted with so much luminosity through big large windows and skylights in lounges, dining rooms and halls, plus white walls and roofs which increase clarity, cleanliness and warmth sensations in the interior.
