MTV Networks’ personnel was recently celebrate their newly workspace design which is designed by German creative agency Dan Pearlman, who asked by Berlin MTV Networks Headquarters to created a work-life balance at MTV. Dan Pearlman have completed the head offices interior design and reorganization by transform the reception, meeting and rest areas into a magical spaces. Dan Pearlman have created an “axis of inspiration” by opening up the entire center area on the first floor from the northern to the southern facade, to produce the spacious atrium which serves as a “Brand Garden” arranged with seating for taking breaks or informal meetings, which can accommodate up to 250 employees. More freedom of movement and an equal variety of unique as well as private retreat zones contribute to a better work-life balance at the workplace. Today, the workers has an ample choices for taking time out during the workday such as eating lunch in the Network Kitchen, in the Blue Lounge or in the Brand Garden under a stylized canopy of leaves, and also playing the table tennis or table football in the Sport Lounge. Wow…as a workplace categories, it’s amazing right..?

Jacobs Residence is a three-bedroom apartment in an elegant 1927 coop building in Greenwich Village, Toronto’s. The owners request to the Belmont Freeman Architects to make a modernist renovation of a classic prewar residence, and creates a new elegant but casual living space. To meet the demand of the clients, architects have created the spacious dwelling by combining two one-bedroom units. Then, in a bold move, the architects decided to raise the floor of one of the two original sunken living rooms to make a large master bedroom suite and, at once to provide space under the floor to house central air conditioning equipment. Whereas, the modern kitchen and bathrooms are entirely new designed.

As the founder of the famous interior design firm in Arizona New York, Jamie Herzlinger have prove her quality in interior designing, her design style is always inviting, yet elegant and luxurious. This time, Jamie’s have completed the Enclave Home interiors renovations for the clients who are a world travelers. The existing interior has redesigned, where the previously evaporated the entrance, dining room, hallways, and living room, they were able to make each of those public areas very dramatic by the controlled use of the bead blasted steel and poured terrazzo floors that had zinc screeds inlayed for a distinct separation. In the entry, the angled cabinet is a beautiful dining room buffet, fabricated in Makassar ebony and supported within two bead blasted steel columns. It is cantilevered in order to create a visual separation from the entrance, but at the same time contributing to the architectural details. The original master bathroom was combined with a walk in guest closet to create a larger space, as the programming required that the couple preferred to use the bath area together, thereby necessitating a larger space.
