The Sage House in Eugene, Oregon U.S was designed and built by Arbor South Architecture, and received an impressive score of 110 in the LEED rating system — higher than USGBC founder David Gottfried’s LEED Platinum home, which only received 106.5 points. Solar photovoltaic systems are placed on the roof, while a high-efficient electrical heat pump and natural cooling system create a comfortable atmosphere inside.
