Casa Son Vida 1 was built in 2009 by tec Architecture under a new real estate development company Cosmopolitan Estates, Ltd. that plans and develops ultra-luxurious, high-design, state-of-the-art, sustainable residences and resorts throughout Europe and Asia. This is a world-class modern luxury villa located near Palma in the exclusive Son Vida community Mallorca, Spain. The 8,500 square foot luxury residence transgresses the constraints of site and context, redefining luxury architecture as it is typified by the traditional and prolific Mediterranean and Tuscan styles otherwise found on the island. Marcel Wanders Studio, an Amsterdam-based designer was selected to designing this luxury villa interior , marking the first full residential project for the international design phenom. With his trademark wit and style, Wanders appoints the interiors with signature furnisthings and refined finishes.

Located in the Napa Valley California, Merus Winery looks more like a Michelin-starred restaurant than your average cellar-door retail outlet. Designed by Amsterdam-based architecture and design firm Uxus Design, Merus has an Interior design like no other. Uxus is one of the Netherlands’ hottest design studios with more than a few inspiring, high profile projects under its belt. Exposed beams are the only nod to the past in this interior design strategy, which is thoroughly modern with a hint of Californian warmth. The Stunning Free-standing House which is designed by Architect Kirsten Gabriëls James Webb located in IJburg, Amsterdam, The Netherlands. The house is transparent from the street to the canal with the main front and back facades of full height glazing. All walls perpendicular to the street are solid timber clad surfaces. The family of four, a film score composer and a business film scenario writer with 2 teenage children required a house that provided opportunities in living together but also independently. The smaller living area of the ground floor steps down to the kitchen/dining area opening both horizontally and vertically in scale. The dividing wall between the bedrooms is nonload bearing and in the eventuality of the children leaving the family home the basement could be used and rented as a separate studio apartment. Bijlmer Park Theater Interior Design by Architect Paul de Ruiter

Paul de Ruiter was invited to compete in the selection of the architect who would design a cultural building in the southeast district of the city of Amsterdam. This cultural building was to be a multifunctional building for four users; a circus (Circus Elleboog), a theatre (Krater Theater), the Youth Theatre School and the Theatre Workplace, all professional organisations in the field of talent development, cultural education, production and programming. Rectangular auditorium with two ear-shaped appendages beside the performing area - a circus/theater auditorium with between 162 and 277 seats. These two rounded areas on the long sides of the main auditorium make it possible to use this in a range of circus configurations and theater configurations, by making use of versatile wings and movable seating areas.

Quarterhouse Performing Arts and Business Centre Interior Design

The building is the centrepiece of the city’s arts-led regeneration programme spearheaded by client The Creative Foundation. The 1550 sqm includes a 220 seat, 500 standing multi-purpose auditorium for music, dance, theatre, film performances and conferences; ground floor foyer and exhibition space; first floor café/bar and a top floor business centre for start-ups in the creative industries.

Motorola Exibition Space Installation at St.Martins Lane Hotel in London

Motorola recently launched a premium handset named ‘aura’. to celebrate the launch,motorola
commissioned UNstudio to create a special installation called ‘time out of scale’. the special installation is located at st. martins lane hotel in london.the design is inspired by the ‘aura’ which UNstudio principal ben van berkel used as a starting point to explore concepts of time and craftsmanship. in the design, time is represented by rhythmic changes in sound and imagery within the borderless space.

Retreat Exibition Space Installation at Kunstfort Asperen

On june 28th the exhibition ‘retreat’ curated by ben van berkel of and caroline bos/ UNstudio will be open to the public at kunstfort asperen. 12 artists were invited to exhibit works which provide surprising interpretations on the theme of retreat from differing disciplines and perspectives.
