Stand majestically inside vineyard land of the Alexandra Valley outside, this luxurious contemporary Tuscan villa offers modern interpretation of a Mediterranean interior design. The luxurious, rustic, and contemporary epitome, all was blended perfectly to bringing a rustic style into the 21st century, as the response to the owners request. This is a 6,400-square-foot weekend retreat that provides complete family home amenities such as arrival courtyard, entry hall, living room, dining room, family room, kitchen, office, master bedroom and bath, and two guestrooms with private baths. Moreover, a pool and spa with 700-square-foot pool house has added to serve the outdoor entertainment of the occupant.

Californian House Interior Renovation by Dan Brunn Architecture

An existing ranch style house in the Encino Hills, California have renovated into a brand new house by a local architecture firm, Dan Brunn. The Hayvenhurst House have celebrate its new interior features which has open plan, revolving around an existing fireplace chimney, removing some partition walls to allowing for free flow, light and air circulation, creating all new window and door systems, stone and wood coverings and incorporated off the shelf cabinetry, all to create a seamless, fresh and inviting design. Now, the clients can open the multi pivot glass wall on the den side of the house and the sliding windows on the living room side and enjoy a refreshing breeze without the need to run the air-conditioning unit in the summer months. The kitchen have designed to be the soul and heart of the house, arranged the key element on the expansive kitchen island, anchored to the chimney, always accessible for preparation and for entertaining. A “storage wall” was incorporated spanning from the living room all the way to the dining room. The Architects team spent within 6 months to completed the design, spending a lot of time with the contractor, fabricators and suppliers to come up with creative solutions, while staying within the client’s budget. Located near to the beach, in 122 Mildred Avenue Venice, California, this vibrant sophisticated and open loft was offers an incredible sought after Venice location. The interior features are amazing, provide huge living room with fireplaces in the center, bamboo flooring, gourmet kitchen, den opens to zen-like garden, media room, office/gym, high ceilings, exposed sandblasted beams, and 3 bedrooms, where the master bedroom are designed with fireplace and deck, all in original brick, in a landmark setting. There are also a mountain view roof garden in the top floor, for relaxation in the afternoon. Really a private home, for people who crave a luxury stay in an artistic condos.

Contemporary Manhattan Beach House by Lazar Design/Build in California

There are a phrase which reads, everyone certainly want to give the best for the family, as well Steve Lazar’s from Lazar Design/Build who recently completes the contemporary home project which he designed for his family in 35th Street Manhattan Beach, California. This luxury Beach House is arranged in three levels, which its structure is entirely comprised of stained and polished Mangaris wood, and the immediate impression is that the visitor has just arrived at an island resort. While stepping up to the living room, you will served with a panoramic view of the shoreline is visible through sliding-glass pocket doors. Beautiful contemporary furniture was perfectly placed, decorates the living spaces to creating a fresh, breathing environment. Themes of blue and green appear throughout the home, reflecting the seaside surroundings. The spacious kitchen is comprised of stainless steel appliances with blue/green reflective mosaic tile. A dining room adjoins the kitchen area, and clean custom cabinetry with stainless steel finishes reveal more of Lazar’s attention to craftsmanship.

High sustainability Hillside House design by SB Architects in Mill Valley, California

Crowned as the first LEED for Homes Platinum certified house in Marin County, this four-story hillside house clearly can’t categoried as usual properties. Located in the hills of Mill Valley- California, this custom contemporary home was designed by Scott Lee, majority partner at San Francisco-based SB Architects, and built by popular green builder McDonald Construction & Development. This home is a statement of what is possible combining “high design with high sustainability”, provides for a very vertical design with living and private zones situated on multiple separate floors, with numerous outdoor and covered terraces and balconies that is capitalize on stunning views of the bay and the San Francisco skyline beyond. The interior feature a cool combination between a range of wood-craftsmanship furniture. This high-sustainability hillside house maybe one of only a handful in the state of California.
